Nam simplifies the complicated science behind brain and body performance, delivered in life-changing, digestible sessions. Strengthening our connection to breath can dramatically improve your emotional and physical wellbeing. You will learn breathing techniques that calm the mind and allow deep tissue oxygenation (which in turn calms your body and nervous system). Watch a live on-screen demonstration and learn how breathing creates ideal heart rhythms for greater control of your mental and physical state and your daily experiences. Finish the session with a guided, calm breath-work practice and you’ll be ready to tackle anything.
